Jeff is probably THE best agent I have ever worked with. He is there for you if you need a question answered about your policy. When I had a mirror on my van fall off and I had a question as to whether my glass policy would cover it, while he didn't think it did, he checked into and called me back with the news that it did! When we got hit with a huge storm in Fridley, my numerous questions about my renter's insurance coverage were answered right away.
